Andrew Eves-Brown is well recognised as a dynamic leader in the agri-business industry. With over 20 years experience in the FMCG space, he has a track record in implementing significant cultural and organisational change. He has been part of management teams that have produced significant business turn-around, strong sales growth, international expansion and improved financial performance.
As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Botanical Food Company Pty Ltd, Andrew was instrumental in setting up the new facility and separating the Gourmet Garden operation from the Tropico business. He has created a company value system using lean principles and manufacturing techniques.
Andrew leads an extensive operations team managing processes from R&D, quality and manufacturing, delivering to three international entities including Australia, North Amercia and the United Kingdom. This extends from the growers through processing, packing and delivery of product to the customer.
Andrew has been recognised through several awards including the 2015 Sunshine Coast Outstanding Business Person of the Year and the 2010 Australian Institute of Management’s Medal of Excellence for the Sunshine Coast.
