About Kim and FermenTasmania
Kim has been a key part of the collaborative force behind FermenTasmania where enterprises involved in fermented food, drinks and other products are coming together for a ‘step change’ in excellence of design, production and marketing. FermenTasmania was recognised as one of the four winners of Food Innovation Australia Limited’s (FIAL) cluster competition in 2018.
Kim is co-owner and co-developer of the award-winning Stillwater Restaurant & SEVEN rooms and Black Cow Bistro in Launceston, Tasmania. Her global perspective combined with a passion to support local producers and build the Tasmanian Brand has seen her lead and champion numerous initiatives that have supported innovation and collaboration.
