Melitta is a highly experienced and passionate people and culture executive with over 15 years of hands-on roles in executive positions, she has led the people functions across multiple sectors including finance, real estate, property valuation, strata management, construction and most recently the FMCG sector.
Melitta is known for her modern approach to human resources through her success in setting the foundations and “people” strategies for scaling businesses and her passion for helping individuals unlock their full potential. She is motivated by making a genuine difference to people’s lives through helping leaders and employees grow their connections, skills and confidence so they can achieve epic results.

Melitta has lived in Moreton Bay and on the Sunshine Coast for most of her life and she is passionate about future-proofing the region for generations to come now that she is raising her young family here.
