Mim started her career in sales and account management positions in the hospitality service provider’s sector. During this time, she nurtured and optimised business to business partnerships and networking opportunities.
Mim has also been responsible for launching and managing new food and beverage businesses and developing their brands and markets, from free-range egg farming through to craft beer.
Her career has allowed her to develop as a marketing strategist and project manager, giving her valuable experience in creating symbiotic marketing initiatives across a diverse range of brands. It is this career experience that has enabled her to develop and curate meaningful events, create sales and lasting business partnerships across a variety of industries.
