Tracy has over two decades of experience leading and enabling strategic initiatives within Australia’s research and innovation sector.

Tracy is currently the Research Business & Partnerships Coordinator with CSIRO Agriculture & Food. She has previously worked as research manager, economic consultant and Non-Executive Director in both the public and private sectors.

Tracy is passionate about collaborating with individuals and teams within the agri-food innovation system to build capacity and pathways that deliver tangible positive impact.

Tracy has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Rural Management (Hons) and Doctorate in Agricultural Research and Development Evaluation from the University of Queensland. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
