Raised on a sheep and cattle property at Cunnamulla, Jacki Hinchey has always been connected to the seasons, geography, animals and plants. After 20 years living in almost every port city in Australia, The Hinchey’s came first to the Mary Valley, and then to Mt Mee to raise their children and get their ‘toes in the grass’.ย ย Jacki’s โBlue Dog Farmโ produces โReally Fancy Saladโ and โBloody Good Beefโ, nutritious well grown food for her local community.
