- Employment contracts and an overarching Governance Framework have confidentiality clauses to prevent the publication or disclosure of any Confidential Information disclosed to Cluster Connect project team while undertaking their roles.
- Initial meetings are based on non-confidential information sharing which protects both parties and provides the greatest benefit for the purposes of leveraging the activity available via Cluster Connect
- In the rare cases where disclosure of confidential information is beneficial, a Confidential Disclosure Agreement can be used.
