Director

Lance McInnes is a seasoned international executive and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience across the global food and beverage sector. He began his career with The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta after completing a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas and an MBA from Thunderbird. During his nine years with Coca-Cola, Lance held roles across the United States and internationally, gaining deep experience in strategy, operations and global brand development.

Lance later moved into entrepreneurship, first in the high-tech sector before returning to food with Yucatan Foods, where he helped grow the company into one of the leading avocado brands in the United States. He and his business partner went on to launch Boomerang’s Foods, the first nationally distributed Australian-style pie brand in the US. The venture scaled quickly and was ultimately acquired by a UK-based group.

Now based on the Sunshine Coast with his wife and three children, Lance brings a strong global perspective, commercial capability and growth mindset to the FAN Board. His experience in scaling brands, navigating international markets and building collaborative industry partnerships positions him to contribute meaningfully to FAN’s strategic direction and to support members seeking to innovate, diversify and expand.
