The Transforming Queensland Manufacturing Grants Program is a Queensland Government initiative designed to support small to medium manufacturing businesses to grow, modernise and improve competitiveness through the adoption of advanced technologies and systems.

The program offers matched funding of between $100,000 and $1.5 million to eligible Queensland manufacturers. Funding can be used to support projects that enhance productivity, improve operational efficiency and strengthen long-term profitability. Round 1 has $12.5 million available through a single-stage competitive application process.

This opportunity is particularly relevant for regional manufacturers, with 50 per cent of Round 1 funding allocated to businesses outside South East Queensland metro areas. The program also aligns with the expansion of the Queensland Manufacturing Hubs network and forms part of the Queensland Government’s broader manufacturing strategy to support industry capability and resilience across the state.
