Looking to explore the connection between healthy landscapes, healthy food and healthy communities? HEART Summit 2026 is a two-day immersive gathering designed for farmers, food producers, health professionals, educators and anyone interested in regenerative living.
Hosted by Eastwell Farms in Kin Kin, the summit will feature leading speakers across regenerative agriculture, holistic health and personal development. Sessions will cover topics including soil health, nutrient-dense food, resilience, mindset and environmental stewardship.
