Expressions of interest will soon open for exhibitors to take part in the Gympie Region Industry & Careers Showcase 2026. Delivered by the Local Jobs Program and Regional Development Australia in partnership with Gympie Regional Council, this event connects local businesses with students from Years 9–12 as they explore future career pathways.
This is a practical opportunity for food and agribusiness businesses to showcase career options within the sector, build awareness of your organisation, and contribute to developing the future workforce in the Gympie region. Whether you are currently hiring or looking to build longer-term talent pipelines, the showcase provides a direct connection to emerging talent and the broader community. As highlighted in the event materials, it is a chance to “be seen where it matters most” and demonstrate the real opportunities your business creates.
The event will be held on Friday, 24 July 2026 from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm at The Pavilion, Gympie Showgrounds. Exhibitor registration packs, including full participation details, will be shared following the Easter period.
