She spent the majority of her career in a family-owned pet food manufacturing business, where she was responsible for sales, marketing, key account relationships, and new product development. This experience has given Olivia unique insights into how family-run manufacturers achieve remarkable results by doing more with less, cultivating hardworking and loyal team cultures.

As Treasurer on the Executive Committee of the Pet Food Industry Association of Australia, Olivia gained valuable governance experience, complementing her practical industry knowledge. Olivia began her career studying design, which shaped her creative approach and a bias towards exploratory, collaborative problem-solving.

Olivia holds an Executive Master of Business Administration and brings contemporary strategic thinking and management skills to her roles.
