Kylie Farrelly is an experienced business leader and Practice Manager with more than 27 years working across the legal, hospitality and agribusiness sectors. She is the Owner, Director and Head Distiller of Canefields Distillery at Pacific Paradise, where she leads a family-owned and award-winning craft distillery focused on premium Australian cane spirits. Kylie’s commitment to local sourcing, sustainable production and continuous innovation has seen the distillery build strong partnerships, including a research collaboration with the University of Queensland to develop unique varietal profiles.
Alongside her work in the distillery, Kylie manages firm operations, governance and compliance at Argon Law on the Sunshine Coast. She is also incorporating an agritourism venture in Yandina and operates a consultancy specialising in practice management and compliance services for Australian law firms.
Kylie is deeply engaged in the Sunshine Coast’s food and agribusiness ecosystem and is an active member of FAN, the Manufacturing Excellence Forum, and a number of regional business networks. Her leadership experience spans governance, risk management, finance, stakeholder engagement and product development, strengthened by hands-on knowledge of small-scale manufacturing and regulatory compliance.
Passionate about collaboration and regional development, Kylie contributes a balanced and practical perspective to the FAN Board. She is committed to helping members strengthen their operations, adopt more sustainable practices and access the networks and opportunities needed for long-term success.
