Glin is a seasoned commercial leader, CPA-qualified, with over 17 years of experience in commercial finance at some of the world’s foremost blue-chip companies. Her primary focus is on developing enterprise leaders to enhance performance and generate value for their organisations, as well as for themselves, through improved negotiation skills.

Before venturing into her own consulting practice, Glin held a pivotal role as a senior consultant at a globally renowned negotiation consulting firm. In that capacity, she trained and coached senior buying and sales executives from prominent organisations, including Woolworths, JB Hifi, Unilever, Lendlease, Goodyear, Fujifilm, Arnotts and ConocoPhilips, guiding them to be more effective in commercial negotiations.

Glin holds a firm belief that exceptional business performance and fiscal health are achieved by developing emotionally intelligent leaders. By understanding themselves better, they can, in turn, understand others, leading to truly sustainable performance cultivated through a value-creation mindset.
